Frankie Williams joins DeepL as Chief Legal Officer. Bringing more than 20 years of experience to DeepL, Frankie has established herself as an innovator in the establishment, growth, and leadership of modern in-house legal and compliance functions. Her expertise, vision, and commitment to DeepL’s values will support the strategic direction and expansion of DeepL's in-house legal team. She’ll manage legal risk and corporate governance, oversee legal affairs, and ensure compliance with the ever-changing regulatory environment.
Sally Sourbron comes on board as the new Chief People Officer. Sally brings a wealth of experience and expertise in people strategies and culture-building from her previous roles at TravelPerk, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and General Electric. With her track record of developing effective people strategies, enhancing employee experiences, and driving cultural change, Sally is well-equipped to lead DeepL's People and Culture team as they aim to scale globally and create exceptional experiences for their employees.
